Over the course of the past several years, we have been an active member and sponsor for both the NBMSDC and WBENC.  Working in these communities has been a constant source of inspiration, both in seeing what a diverse business can achieve, as well as witnessing the patronage of large companies in the US committed to the development of minority owned businesses.  Diversity is not a one-time achievement.  It is a daily commitment to seek out opportunities to serve, to employ, to contribute and to educate. At En Pointe IT Solutions, diversity isn’t just something we promote, it’s who we are.  I am very proud that our team represents members of a wide variety of minority segments, and that we are committed to providing as many opportunities as we can for qualified, passionate members of the diverse community.

Our alliance with the NMSDC, WBENC, the California Public Utilities Commission, and other diverse organizations across the country are an integral to how we go to market. We value the opportunities created by these organizations to accelerate the conversation about the importance of diversity and enabling diverse companies to thrive.  We are ardent supporters of the NMSDC and WBENC – all of us at En Pointe ITS are committed to being active stakeholders in their work.

We also believe in the need to work in our communities and find ways to make a difference for diversity where we live.  Whether it is the world En Pointe has done for Cal State LA and their Hispanic Business Society, or our support for the local Boys and Girls Clubs, we remain committed to driving the conversation on diversity, and the many benefits for all of us.

As someone who immigrated to this country many years ago, I can personally testify to the beauty and bounty that is diversity in the United states. America’s culture is truly unlike any other – a melting pot of ideas, customs, and people that bring something special to this great nation. I am very appreciative of the opportunity my family was afforded, and am a passionate advocate of that opportunity being made available to others.
